With decades of versatile combined experience in entertainment as a musician/vocalist, in entrepreneurship, and in customer service oriented co-working from cashier to outside sales/public relations, and quality assurance/vocational analysis, I comfortably and confidently share my challenges, successes, and stories as a speaker.

Let's discuss your
keynote, break-out session, lunch n' learn, brainstorming meeting, team building project, dinner entertainment, group exercise, Emcee needs, or one-on-one project in detail for a winning outcome.

The categories on this website (click and view through large buttons below) include a few topics for each area.  If there's not a topic you connect with, I enjoy customizing programs to suit my clients,
adding a unique artistic or musical twist (in appropriate settings, of course)We can be serious, still have fun, look for new solutions, and find them together.

Here are a couple of ideas that cross categories:

When transition is upon us, or on the horizon, we may have to become Mothers or Fathers of Reinvention.  How do we get a clue about what to do, how to do it, or even - what we want to do?  It may take reinventing ourselves to find or walk down that next path.  Change can be scary - or an adventure!  Let's explore it together.

Paula inspires her audience with personal stories and techniques to embrace the adventure of ever-changing life.  Once we remind ourselves we possess the creative tools to combat (or tame) change, we can step boldly into it, saying "We've got this!".

--Corporate audiences: new methods/practices, company takeovers, promotions/demotions, layoffs.
--Organizations: new officers in power, fundraising methods change, stepping into a role on the executive board
--Men & Women: losing support partner (divorce, illness/death), meeting people/dating after breakup, returning to the workplace after illness/family/caregiving hiatus, unemployment, entrepreneurship failures/new opportunities
--Parents: Our ever-changing roles as our children grow from infancy to teens, and "empty nesting" when they leave
--Kids: Talents, moving to a new locality, changing schools/rising to a new grade, losing loved ones or safe housing, becoming popular
--Retirees: With freedom from work-obligations, will we choose to travel, sit in front of the TV, expore past/new passions, volunteer, work to keep busy, use our experiences to consult others, or start a new business?

paulacsnyderspeakerLOGOBUTTONOR BLKpaulacsnyderspeakerLOGOBUTTONorange  EMBRACE THE UNKNOWN:  Using your hidden Creative Genius As a Tool:
Children instinctively explore the unknown without much thought. As adults, we pride ourselves on carefully thinking things through. However, in the process of careful reasoning we often lose out on the simple joys of new everyday experiences.

In this talk, Paula shares stories and examples of how we can use our Hidden Creative Genius and Less Inhibited Inner Child as tools to embrace the unknown.

--Corporate audiences: applying for a new position, volunteering to pilot a new method/program, leading a project, brainstorming outside the box
--Organizations: trying new things to build membership, fundraise, partner with other organizations, attenting/planning community events
--Men & Women: travel for business/pleasure to new destinations, meeting people, trying something (food, new experience, lessons, special interests/hobbies)
--Parents: "Empty nesting", joining clubs/congregations, taking classes/lessons, vacationing with/without family members
--Kids:  New home/school/grade, making friends, joining club, trying sport or creative activity, audition for a production, driving, getting jobs
--Retirees: Filling new-found time, moving away from or towards family, exploring things we always thought we wanted to try but were afraid to
